Rydeen Mobile Electronics has a range of products and accessories available for purchase and shipping within the USA at any given time, and as such we reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice. We do our best to make sure all the prices on this website are correct, but that may not always be the case. If an item is ordered and we discover that the price has not been updated accurately, we will contact you directly.
If you are outside of the USA and are interested in our products please call our sales department at 1-310-787-7880.
On occasion there may be some products that do not exactly match the photo on the website, and this is completely normal. A number of the photos on this website are representative of a style of the product and are not exact. Be sure to always check the detailed information on the product you are purchasing.
Promotions and Discounts
From time to time there may be coupon codes and discounts on some of the items we sell on the website. These items will either have a coupon code associated with them, or the discounted price will already be built-in, requiring no further action.
Coupon codes are valid for certain products only, and may be discontinued at any time. Any discounts or promotions are still subject to standard shipping rules and policies.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders that are $150 or more. The system will automatically detect the cart total and apply it for you. If your order is under $149 or less you’ll only pay $9.95 for the entire order.
Shipping policies only apply to orders within the continental USA.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been completed you can expect to receive your delivery within 7-10 days within the continental USA. We primarily ship via FedEx, but we will notify you if there is a change.
Most of our orders ship within 3-4 business days (some items have longer lead times), and you will be notified if there is a delay for any reason.
Returns
We allow returns on new, unused and unassembled items in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery (returns to carry postmark date before 30-day).
You are responsible for shipping costs on all returns.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, minus the original shipping costs that we covered, there is no restocking fee, if returned as new.
If product is not new (with cut wires or scratches on products) then 15% will be deducted as restocking fee.
One Year Limited Warranty
RYDEEN MOBILE (a manufacturer of “RYDEEN” products) warrants products only to the original purchaser as described below:
Warranty Period
Rydeen warrants their products for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase date.
Warranty Coverage
- This warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship except as specified below:
1. Any products distributed outside of the USA by Rydeen North America, Inc. (Rydeen) or which is not purchased in the USA or Canada unless the product is purchased through the USA Military Exchange Service.
2. Any product(s) which are purchased from an unauthorized retailer (in store or online).
3. Any products in which the serial number label or the model number label are removed, torn, modified, or replicated.
4. Any damage, defects, or malfunctions resulting from any of the following:- When defect occurs during shipment of product (freight carrier’s responsibility).
- Installation or removal of product.
- Accidents, acts of nature, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized product modification, or failure to follow product owner’s manual instructions.
- Any repair or attempt to repair without RYDEEN authorization.
- Any other cause which is not related to product defect.
- Any cosmetic damages due to normal wear and tear.
- Any consumable items (such as fuses or batteries).
To Obtain Warranty Service
If any problems develop with your Rydeen products during or after the Limited Warranty Period, or if you have any questions regarding the operation or installation of the product, you should contact your Rydeen retailer. If the problem or your question is not handled to your satisfaction, please contact Rydeen Customer Service Department at 1-310-787-7880 (within the USA only) Monday-Friday between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time or visit www.rydeenmobile.com.
Your warranty may be extended to 3 years when you register it with us. Click here to submit your warranty registration.
Damaged Items
Once you receive your shipment please examine it as soon as possible. Report any damage to the delivering mail carrier within 48 hours, and to Rydeen Mobile Electronics so that a replacement can be set up.
Carriers are liable for all damage in transit.
The Carrier will make an inspection report. Send this report along with other shipping papers to the carrier with claim. Make sure to keep origin copies for yourself.
Damaged items must remain in the original master carton with all of the packing material from the carton. UPS/FedEx will inspect all of the damaged items and authorize a pick up accordingly. If you discard any of the packing material or the master carton the carrier will most likely reject your claim and we will not be able to provide a replacement or credit to you.
Online Transactions
All purchases take place over a secure connection. Always check your URL bar for a green padlock or similar icon to make sure the website is secure. We do not store your credit card information on our server, and our merchant partners are among the highest rated available.
Sales Tax
Rydeen Mobile Electronics follows all local and statewide tax ordinances, and you will see these tax rates reflected in your cart before checkout.
